Return & Exchange Policy

Items sold are non-refundable.

Should the merchandise be found defective before use, exchange of merchandise in the original packaging may be arranged provided that the customer informs yamamoto.care within 24 hours upon receipt of merchandise. 

yamamoto.care reserves the right to amend terms & conditions from time to time and the right of final decision on all matters of disputes.
